1 Injured in Long Beach Multi-Vehicle Accident
LONG BEACH, CA (December 14, 2018) – A person was hospitalized after a car was stuck between two big-rigs on 710 Freeway on December 12.
The incident occurred about 11:30 p.m. on the southbound 710 Freeway near Wardlow Road, Long Beach Fire Department spokesman Jake Heflin reported.
A few moments after the collision, a police helicopter arrived and determined that a vehicle with two occupants inside was stuck between two big rigs.
The two occupants were freed by the rescue crews. One of the victims was transported to a local hospital. It was unclear whether the other person was hurt.
