LUBBOCK, TX (February 6, 2024) – Monday, a person was hospitalized after a crippling 18-wheeler crash on FM 179 and FM 1585.

The incident involving two vehicles, including an 18-wheeler, happened just before noon on FM 179 and FM 1585.

Moreover, responders took one person to a local hospital with unknown injuries.

Also, the incident closed all lanes of FM 1585 but has since been reopened.

Wolfforth police and fire also responded to assist with the crash.
