1 Injured in Wilmington Car Accident
WILMINGTON, CA (January 23, 2019) – A man was transported to a hospital following a collision between a vehicle and an asphalt truck on January 22.
The Los Angeles Fire Department revealed that the incident occurred around 3:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Alameda Street.
According to an initial statement, the LAFD said that they expected a “prolonged extrication operation due to the complexity of safely removing the vehicle from around the patient.”
He was taken to a hospital with an unknown condition. There were no other persons hurt in the crash.
