1 Hospitalized after Car Crash on 91 Freeway near 55 Freeway [Anaheim, CA]

1 Injured in Anaheim Car Accident

ANAHEIM, CA (January 21, 2019) – A person was hospitalized after a semi-truck struck a vehicle and crashed into a center divider on 91 Freeway on January 16.

The incident occurred before 10:30 a.m. near the 55 Freeway. According to authorities, the big rig was driving east on 91 Freeway, west of Lakeview Avenue, when it struck the vehicle next to it. The vehicle lost control, steered left and smashed into the center divider. The semi then crashed through, onto the westbound lanes of the 91 Freeway.

Two vehicles were struck by debris from the incident. As a result of the crash, a person was hospitalized after sustaining injuries

The crash closed the fast track lane which was reopened before 4:00 p.m.
