1 Injured in San Jose Car Accident
SAN JOSE, CA (December 18, 2018) – A person was taken to a hospital after being struck by a car that hydroplaned on December 17.
The multiple collision happened along a flooded stretch of 280 Freeway near Saratoga Avenue.
According to reports, a CHP officer was stopped at the area when a driver lost control and rolled over into the officer’s vehicle. Meanwhile, another driver was also unable to control his vehicle and hit a person who was outside their car. The injured was taken to the hospital with an unknown condition.
The incident involved seven drivers and according to a witness, some vehicles lost their bumpers due to the standing water.
