SAN LUIS OBISPO, CA (March 3, 2020) – Thursday evening, a pedestrian was killed in an accident on Los Osos Valley Road.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, they first received a report of the crash around 7:59 p.m. Dispatchers arrived shortly after.
 
California police later stated that an unidentified car struck a pedestrian who was in the area of Foothill Boulevard near Sunny Acres around 8:00 p.m.
 
As of this time, the circumstances that led to the crash are still unclear. In addition, there has been no update on the current condition of the pedestrian at this time.
 
Police, firefighters, and medics all responded to the scene and authorities diverted the traffic in the area. However, the roadway has since reopened to traffic.
