According to authorities, the incident happened on Loop 101 and Hayden Road.
 
Reports revealed that a vehicle struck a motorcycle. Also, the vehicle struck several other vehicles that were blocking the HOV lane. Afterward, one of the vehicles started catching fire after the collision.
