MADERA COUNTY, CA (February 15, 2022) – Sunday night, a person died in a rollover crash near Road 1 and Avenue 21.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on a private road, east of Road 1, south of Avenue 21.
 
Reports revealed that a Nissan made an unsafe turn, lost control, and rolled over. Then, the force of the crash ejected the driver into the road.
 
Moreover, responders pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported an 18-year-old passenger of the vehicle to a local hospital with minor injuries.
 
Furthermore, officials believed that alcohol played a role in the deadly crash.
 
Meanwhile, the incident remains under investigation.
