Wrongful Motorcycle Deaths in California
Motor vehicle accidents are the number one cause of unintentional injury deaths in California.
It is clear now more than ever that one person’s negligence can have devastating effects on other individuals. This is quite common in accidents that result in death.
The family of the victim is likely entitled to significant compensation via a wrongful death claim.
A wrongful death suit is a step towards recovering from the death of a family member.
