One Killed after Rollover Accident in Tujunga

 
TUJUNGA, CA (September 30, 2019) – One person died and three others were hurt in a rollover accident in Tujunga on Sunday, September 29.
 
The accident occurred shortly before noon near 12214 Big Tujunga Canyon Road, just north of Sunland.
 
According to a crash report from the Los Angeles Fire Department, all four victims were in the same car – a Mercedes SUV. The vehicle somehow overturned several times and landed upside down before it caught fire.
 
The impact of the collision ejected one man from the vehicle. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene. They also transported three other men to hospitals with non-life threatening injuries.
 
The cause of the incident is still under investigation. Officials have not ruled out the possibility that another vehicle was involved.
