People Injured in Battle Mountain Fatal Collision
Battle Mountain, NV (September 3, 2022) – On August 21, 35-year-old Yurinia Ramirez, 26-year-old Jarrett MacDonald, and another, lost their lives in a vehicle crash on State Route 305.
The traffic collision took place at about 3:30 a.m., south of Battle Mountain.
According to the investigating officers, a silver Kia driven by Yurinia Ramirez was southbound when it drove over the centerline into the northbound lane. The Kia collided head-on with a white Chevy SUV driven by Jarrett MacDonald.
The Kia rested to the right and partially blocked the roadway. The Chevy, on the other hand, left the roadway and overturned.
Unfortunately, the Kia driver, Yurinia Ramirez, and a female juvenile passenger died at the scene.
Moreover, the Chevy driver, Jarrett MacDonald, was unrestrained and was thrown from his vehicle. Sadly, he also died at the scene.
Two male juvenile passengers and a female juvenile passenger from the Kia were rushed to a hospital with injuries.
