1 Dead in San Diego Pedestrian Accident on Highway 94 and Campo Road

 
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 6, 2020) – A woman died after a vehicle struck her on Highway 94 and Campo Road on January 2.
 
The CHP revealed that a car hit the victim near the Jamul Casino around 9:30 p.m. at 14145 Campo Road.
 
When the medical responders arrived, they tried to administer first aid. However, she did not survive.
 
The crash led to the temporary closure of all lanes on Highway 94 in both directions. It remained closed around 10:00 p.m. at Peaceful Valley Ranch Road. At 10:10 p.m., the officers administered a one-way traffic control.
 
The identity of the deceased remains unreleased as of this time.
