Spokane, WA (June 12, 2020)– On Thursday night, a woman died while a man sustained critical injuries in a two-car collision at the intersection of Montgomery Road and Short Road.
 
The accident happened at around 9 p.m. on June 11. Dispatched officers responded and located two vehicles on the scene.
 
Reportedly, a man driving a pick-up truck crashed into another driver after failing to stop at an intersection. The woman driving the other car died on the scene while the pick-up truck driver then transported to a hospital in critical condition.
 
Moreover, investigators said impairment and speed were not factors in the crash. Further investigation is ongoing
