1 Dead in San Diego Car Accident on Euclid Avenue
SAN DIEGO, CA (December 10, 2019) – A 62-year-old woman in a motorized wheelchair died in a hit-and-run accident on Euclid Avenue.
The incident happened on December 9 shortly before 3:50 a.m. on Euclid Avenue, north of Imperial Avenue.
The victim rode a motorized wheelchair north in the left lane of Euclid Avenue when she got hit by a vehicle traveling in the same direction.
The sergeant revealed that the involved vehicle is a dark vehicle that drove on Euclid Avenue after the crash.
The unidentified woman died at the scene. During the investigation, the authorities closed both directions of Euclid Avenue between Imperial Avenue and Castana Street.
