Houston, TX (October 30, 2024) – A woman died in a hit-and-run crash on I-45 Gulf Freeway.

According to police, a woman was walking across the feeder road in the 3500 block of the I-45 Gulf Freeway in southeast Houston when a vehicle hit and killed her. 

The driver continued driving after the collision, HPD confirmed.

Investigators initially lacked a description of the suspect’s vehicle, as they had no video footage of the crash and no witnesses had come forward.
