Woman Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on Temperance Avenue and North Avenue [Fresno County, CA]

1 Dead and 1 Injured in Fresno County Auto Accident on Temperance Avenue and North Avenue

 
FRESNO COUNTY, CA (November 23, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a woman died in a two-vehicle crash on Temperance Avenue and North Avenue.
 
The incident happened at about 5:00 p.m. on Temperance Avenue and North Avenue.
 
According to reports, a 25-year-old woman reached the posted stop sign at the intersection in a Toyota Corolla. However, the woman left the intersection and crashed with a Ford F-250 as it drove down North Avenue. Officers noted that the Ford does not have a posted stop sign in that direction.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t disclosed the identities of both drivers.
 
Meanwhile, responders took the woman driving the Corolla to the hospital. However, she later succumbed to her injuries.
 
Also, responders took the driver of the F-250 to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the passenger in the Toyota Corolla suffered no injuries in the crash. Officers later identified the said passenger as Manjit Kaur Grewal, 57.
 
Furthermore, the CHP does not believe drugs or alcohol played a factor in the collision.
 
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
