SAN ANTONIO, TX (January 19, 2022) – Early Wednesday morning, a woman in her 30s died in a pedestrian crash on FM 78 and Pat Booker Road.
 
The incident happened at about 3:00 a.m. on FM 78 and Pat Booker Road, not far from JBSA-Randolph.
 
According to reports, the woman walked along FM 78. As she tried to cross the road in a dark area, as many as four or five cars hit her.
 
Reports confirmed that two of the initial drivers who struck her stopped and tried to help them.
 
Then, the woman succumbed to her injuries.
 
Meanwhile, the Universal City police said that the two drivers who stopped were the first ones to have hit her.
 
Then, the other drivers didn’t even know they hit the woman over.
 
At this time, the authorities haven’t filed any charges.
 
Meanwhile, the woman’s identity remained undisclosed due to pending family notification. Also, officers said that she may have been homeless.
 
Moreover, the crash shut down the westbound lanes of FM 78 in the area for a few hours.
