1 Dead in San Francisco Pedestrian Accident on 24th Avenue and Santiago Street
SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 25, 2022) – Monday morning, a woman died in a pedestrian crash on 24th Avenue and Santiago Street.
The incident happened at about 10:52 a.m. on 24th Avenue and Santiago Street.
According to reports, a vehicle struck a woman and sent another to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, officers suspect that the driver blew through a Sunset District stop sign and hit two women in the crosswalk. Then, that driver struck several cars.
Meanwhile, reports confirmed that the victims were seniors. Reports added that the driver was “racing” up Santiago Avenue and “didn’t stop as they crossed the street.”
When the authorities arrived at the scene, they declared the woman dead at the scene.
