Woman Killed in Auto Accident on Village Drive and Eto Camino Road [Victorville, CA]

1 Dead in Victorville Crash on Village Drive

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (July 20, 2020) – Friday afternoon, a woman died in an auto accident on Village Drive.
 
The incident occurred on July 17th at around 5:43 p.m. on Village Drive and Eto Camino Road. According to reports, the crash was between a silver Honda Accord and a white Nissan Altima.
 
A Honda driver with two juvenile passengers headed west on Eto Camino Road. At the same time, a white Nissan Altima traveled north on Village Drive.
 
“The driver of the Honda attempted to make a left turn onto southbound Village Drive in the path of the oncoming Nissan. The Nissan collided with the front driver side door of the Honda,” reports said.
 
When the Victorville City Fire arrived, they declared the female Honda driver dead at the scene. Meanwhile, her two juvenile passengers, identified as female twins, were taken to a trauma center for treatment. Reports confirmed that both girls remained at the hospital as of Saturday morning and are expected to recover.
 
Furthermore, a woman at the crash scene said that the white Nissan is a rental car rented by her daughter. However, her daughter’s boyfriend stole the vehicle a few days ago and didn’t return it. “He’s been sending her videos of him driving the car and telling her she wasn’t going to get it back.”
 
Also, responders took the male Nissan driver to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
