Woman Suffers Injuries After Crashing Into Tower at Victorville Fire Station

 
VICTORVILLE, CA (May 9, 2019) – Paramedics airlifted an injured woman to a hospital following a crash into a concrete tower along Desert Knoll Drive near Loves Lane Tuesday night.
 
The incident befell in the 1600 block of Desert Knoll Drive near the Victorville Fairgrounds.
 
Authorities are investigating why the woman crashed her black 2015 Honda Accord into the training tower around 8 p.m. Her vehicle sustained significant damage and due to her injuries, Mercy Air Medical Helicopter was contacted to the scene.
 
The unidentified victim received treatment at a local trauma center with unknown injuries.
 
Reports did not specify other injuries in the crash, but the Victorville Police Department is investigating this case further.
