INDIO, CA (July 22, 2021) – Wednesday morning, a woman sustained injuries in a hit-and-run crash on Avenue 48 and Jackson Street.
 
According to Indio Police Department spokesman Ben Guitron, the incident happened at around 2:00 a.m. Moreover, it occurred at the intersection of Avenue 48 and Jackson Street.
 
Reports revealed that the crash involved a silver 2002 Ford pickup truck and a Chevy Malibu. The male Ford driver fled the scene after the crash.
