Personal Injury Claims
Pedestrian accidents are incidents in which someone walking or crossing a road is injured by a vehicle striking them. A common cause of these unfortunate incidents includes speeding. Moreover, motorists who speed do not have enough reaction time to stop or yield for pedestrians who have the right of way.
