Pedestrian Injured in Las Vegas Accident on Ogden Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (May 24, 2019) – A woman suffered serious injuries following a pedestrian crash in downtown Las Vegas on Wednesday, May 22.
According to Metropolitan Police Department Lt. CJ Jenkins, a Hummer traveled west on Ogden Avenue, near the Fremont Street Experience. Then it started turning onto Main Street and slammed into the woman in a crosswalk. Paramedics brought the pedestrian to University Medical Center for treatment of life-threatening injuries.
Police do not believe the male driver was under the influence, according to Jenkins.
