78-Year-Old Pedestrian Hit by SUV on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard
SAN DIEGO, CA (September 12, 2019) – A 78-year-old woman suffered injuries after she was hit by an SUV on Clairemont Mesa Boulevard, Thursday afternoon.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the incident happened at about 2:00 PM. A 2014 Toyota RAV 4 attempted to pull out of a gas station parking lot and hit the victim.
Emergency responders rushed the pedestrian to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. Meanwhile, the 49-year-old driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.
