One Killed in Warnock Road Accident
Las Vegas, NV (November 05, 2021)– On Thursday, a 65-year-old female pedestrian was fatally struck by a school bus on Warnock Road.
Officers responded to the crash scene at about 3:41 p.m. at the crossing of Desert Inn Road.
Officers said the woman was crossing the road while the school bus was stopped a stopped sign.
However, when the pedestrian crossed in front of the school bus, the 58-year-old female driver started to turn the bus and struck the victim.
The woman was knoncked to the ground and was run over.
Responding officers pronounced the woman dead at the accident scene.
There is no details on how many people were on the bus at the time.
