Officer Involved in Boulder Highway Fatal Pedestrian Crash
Las Vegas, NV (January 13, 2022)– On Wednesday, a woman sustained fatal injuries in a pedestrian accident on Boulder Highway.
The authorities received the crash report at about 7:35 p.m. north of Gibson Road.
Officers said the woman wearing dark clothing was trying to the highway near an unlit portion outside of a marked crosswalk.
At the same time, an on-duty Henderson police officer in a 2020 Chevrolet Tahoe was southbound and struck the pedestrian.
Unfortunately, the woman died at the accident scene.
The authorities are investigating this fatal collision.
