Fresno, CA (February 12, 2021) – On Wednesday, a woman lost her life in a deadly hit-and-run crash on Dickenson Avenue.
 
The tragic accident took place at around 9:30 pm at the intersection of Olive Avenue.
 
The woman was driving north when she lost control of her vehicle which then rolled over.
 
Officers said the victim was not wearing a seatbelt during the accident.
 
As a result, she was thrown from the car onto the roadway and was run over by an oncoming vehicle.
 
The driver continued driving, while the unidentified woman died at the scene.
 
Meanwhile, officers are now searching for the hit-and-run driver and investigate the possible cause of the initial crash.
