2 Hurt in Snohomish Multi-Vehicle Accident
SNOHOMISH, WA (January 14, 2020) – A woman and a child sustained serious injuries in a multi-vehicle accident on Highway 2.
The three-car collision occurred on Highway 2, just east of Bickford Avenue on January 12.
According to reports, a Honda Accord driver traveled west on Highway 2 when a huge hail storm occurred, said Trooper H. Axman. The Honda then spun out and the Kia driving behind it, where the woman and child rode, struck the Honda.
The driver of the Honda did not suffer any injury.
Meanwhile, a black passenger car behind the Kia was also involved. However, no one sustained any injury in that car.
The cause of the crash is caused by the weather.
Trooper Axtman also revealed that they are investigating whether the child was properly restrained.
