Hamma Hamma Road Motorcycle Collision Left 20-Year-Old Female Passenger Hospitalized

Seattle, WA (July 29, 2020)– A woman fell off a vehicle after a motorcycle collision occurred on Hamma Hamma Road on Sunday afternoon.

On July 26 around 1 p.m., two motorcyclists headed north on Highway 101 at Hamma Hamma Road. The injured woman was a passenger of one of the motorcyclists.

According to the report, a vehicle in front of them slowed down to give way for a turning vehicle. Troopers said they were too close with the vehicle thus, one of the motorcycles collided into that vehicle.

Meanwhile, the other motorcycle drove off the road and crashed into some trees. As a result, the female passenger fell off the bike.

The passenger identified as a 20-year-old Renton woman was transported to Mason General Hospital in Shelton. From there, she was then airlifted to Harborview, said the State Patrol.

Furthermore, the two motorcyclists were identified as a 26-year-old man from Kirkland and a 27-year-old man from Kent.

Moreover, both of them including the driver of the vehicle that slowed down were not hurt from the crash.

Pending investigation of Motorcycle Collision

When on the road, always be aware of the presence of other motorists around you. Motorcycle collisions, like in the Hamma Hamma Road, are extremely dangerous because of their lack of protection and lightweight bodies. By paying attention to your surroundings and driving within the speed limit, dangerous accidents can be prevented.
