William Perich Dies after Car Rolls Over Him on 60 Freeway [Jurupa Valley, CA]

25-Year-Old Man Killed in Single-Vehicle Crash near 15 Freeway

 
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (July 24, 2019) – Authorities identified 25-year-old William Perich of Jurupa Valley as the man killed in an accident near 15 Freeway, Wednesday evening.
 
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident happened on the westbound lanes of 60 Freeway. Due to unknown reasons, a white Chevrolet Tahoe crashed and rolled down an embankment north of the freeway.
 
The Chevrolet rolled over Perich after he was ejected from the vehicle. He suffered critical injuries and died at the scene shortly before 12:00 AM. No other injuries were reported by the authorities.
 
The CHP continues to investigate the cause of the fatal crash. Investigators will release additional information to the public once it becomes available.
