Passenger Killed in Santa Cruz Accident
Santa Cruz, CA (November 22, 2022) – On November 10, Vinny Blair, 18, of Aptos, sustained fatal injuries in a vehicle crash on Highway 17.
The traffic collision happened near the Highway 1 interchange.
Officers say the vehicle Vinny Blair was riding as a passenger veered off northbound and struck a metal guardrail leaving Blair suffering from serious injuries.
Sadly, Blair succumbed to injuries on November 13.
Meanwhile, the vehicle’s driver, a 20-year-old Watsonville man, was not facing immediate charges as the authorities are still investigating the Santa Cruz accident.
