Victor Mow Arrested Following Fatal DUI Pedestrian Crash Near Country Club Boulevard in Stockton

Victor Mow Strikes, Kills Pedestrian Near Country Club Boulevard and Fontana Avenue While Allegedly Impaired

 
STOCKTON, CA (November 30, 2018) – An 82-year-old male pedestrian perished Wednesday night after being struck by an alleged impaired driver near Country Club Boulevard and Fontana Avenue.
 
According to Stockton police officers, the incident unfolded around 8 p.m. Crews arrived to find an 82-year-old man with serious injuries. Paramedics soon arrived and pronounced the victim dead at the scene.
 
Also, at the scene was former Board of San Joaquin County Supervisor and Vice Mayor of Stockton – 77-year-old Victor Mow – who was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. It was not clear how Mow struck the victim and under what circumstances but an investigation into this case is underway.
 
Mow was arrested and booked into San Joaquin County Jail.
