Two Tehama Men Hospitalized after DUI Solo Crash on Paskenta Road

 
Red Bluff, CA (August 5, 2020) – On Sunday, 34-year-old Victor Fernandez and 66-year-old Richard Garza, both from Tehama, sustained significant injuries in a DUI solo car crash on Paskenta Road.
 
The incident happened at around 12:15 a.m., on August 2.
 
CHP says Fernandez drove a 2008 Toyota Tacoma at high speed and lost control. The vehicle then veered off the roadway, collided with a fence, and overturned. Moreover, both occupants were not wearing a seatbelt.
 
Consequently, Fernandez was airlifted, and Garza was then transported to Enloe Medical Center in Chico to treat their injuries.
 
At this time, Fernandez is facing charges of DUI.
