Major Injuries Sustained in Evening Motorcycle Crash on Highway 126 in Ventura
VENTURA, CA (December 19, 2018) – A motorcyclist was seriously injured following a traffic collision Wednesday evening in Ventura.
The collision happened around 9:23 p.m. at the intersection of Highway 126 and Highway 101.
According to the California Highway Patrol, a motorcycle and a vehicle collided for unknown reasons. Ventura County Fire Department officials responded to the scene and located the rider with major injuries.
The badly injured rider was then transported by ambulance to a hospital in an unknown condition.
Both the motorcycle and the vehicle were towed away from the wreckage.
Details surrounding the collision were not made clear in the reports. Investigation on this incident is still ongoing.
