Traumatic Vehicle Collision on Minnewawa Avenue Kills Driver [Fresno County, CA]

Fresno County, CA (May 30, 2023) – On Monday afternoon, a gray Honda driver died while their 2 passengers who are both children sustained injuries in a vehicle collision on Minnewawa Avenue.

The CHP responded at about 5:00 p.m. to the intersection with International Avenue and discovered that the collision also involved a red Mercedes Benz.

Investigating officers said the Mercedes Benz flew past a stop sign and t-boned the Honda. 

Unfortunately, the Honda driver died while the two children in their car were transported to a hospital. The condition of the Mercedes driver is unknown.

Officers are investigating the International Avenue deadly collision.
