Injuries Reported in Guadalupe Auto Accident on 3500 West Main Street
GUADALUPE, CA (December 6, 2022) – Monday afternoon, a USPS driver suffered injuries in a semi-truck crash on 3500 West Main Street.
The incident happened just before 4:00 p.m. on the 3500 block of West Main Street.
According to reports, the crash happened as the delivery driver delivered mail on the westbound side of the highway. Then, the driver tried a U-turn back toward Santa Maria. However, a semi-truck hit her.
As a result, the USPS driver complained of minor to moderate injuries. Thus, responders took the patient to a hospital.
Meanwhile, the semi-truck driver suffered no injuries in the crash.
Shortly before 5 p.m., postal workers came to the scene to retrieve the mail and other contents from the truck.
Due to the limited information available, the authorities continued to investigate the crash.
