Two-Year-Old Girl Dies in Adams Street Pedestrian Accident [Bakersfield, CA]

Toddler Killed in Accident Near Madison Street

Bakersfield, CA (November 25, 2022) – On Thanksgiving, a 2-year-old girl sustained fatal injuries following an Adams Street pedestrian accident.

The fatal authorities received the accident report at about 10:08 a.m. in the 500-block area near Madison Street.

According to the authorities, a Ford Mustang driver was backing up in the driveway, when he struck something.

CHP said it was discovered that a two-year-old toddler was hit and under the vehicle.

The family grabbed the toddler and started CPR until the medics arrived. She was rushed to the hospital and was later declared dead.

The authorities said drugs and alcohol were not a factor in the accident near Madison Street.
