MARICOPA, AZ (November 15, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a devastating two-vehicle crash on Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Anderson Road killed one person.

The incident happened at around 3:30 p.m. at the intersection of Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway and Anderson Road.

According to reports, the incident involved a passenger van that was “jackknifed” and blocking the road for still unknown reasons.

Moreover, responders rushed the male driver of the van to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Furthermore, the crash closed the intersection but has long since reopened.
