Two People Injured in DUI Crash on Tulare Avenue [Fresno, CA]

Fresno, CA (June 29, 2022) – On Tuesday, before 9 p.m., two people sustained injuries in a DUI crash on Tulare Avenue.

The traffic accident happened in the area of 4th Street.

A traffic officer made contact with two people who were in a parked vehicle in front of the patrol unit after a traffic stop.

Suddenly, an eastbound vehicle rear-ended the officer’s patrol unit.

The impact of the collision made the patrol unit rear-end the vehicle in front of it.

Luckily, the traffic officer did not sustain injuries from the collision. They were standing outside the vehicle when the incident took place. 

The people inside the vehicle that was rear-ended sustained injuries. Immediately, the paramedics took them to the hospital.
