Police Pursuit Resulted to Car Crash on Foothill Boulevard

 
La Verne, CA (September 27, 2020) – On Saturday, two people were hospitalized after a car crash on Foothill Boulevard and Baseline Road.
 
The tragic accident took place just before 1 AM.
 
Police said the car was seen leaving a suspected illegal casino. Officers attempted to pull the vehicle over for a code violation, however, the driver did not stop.
 
As a result, the Pomona police started a pursuit of a vehicle with two occupants inside.

The pursuit lasted a couple of miles and reached speeds of more than 100 mph.
 
Moreover, the driver attempted to go on Baseline and turned right. They lost control of the vehicle and it flipped many times before landing.
 
The passenger was thrown from the car.
 
Immediately, the rescuers transported both the driver and the passenger to a hospital.
 
Meanwhile, no further details were immediately available.
