Two Men Hospitalized after Head-On Crash on Highway 165 [Livingston, CA]

Semi-Truck Involved in Head-On Collision near River Road

LIVINGSTON, CA (December 9, 2018) – Two men were hospitalized after a head-on crash on Highway 165, early Sunday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place at approximately 4:32 AM, near River Road. Based on their report, the parties involved were a semi-truck and a 4D sedan.

The paramedics sent one man from the scene to Emanuel Medical Center and another one was taken from his home to send to Doctors Medical Center. Their conditions were not yet released.

The sedan was found with major damage. The westbound lanes of the highway were closed while a clearing operation was conducted in the area. The accident was under investigation by the authorities to determine the cause and other factors related to it. Additional information will be released by the authorities, once it is available.
