Petaluma, CA (March 19, 2021) – On Thursday, two were injured and Julie Martin, 50, was arrested in a DUI crash on Highway 116.
 
The accident took place before 8 a.m. at South McDowell Boulevard.
 
At least two people were seriously injured in the head-on crash that closed a section of the roadway.
 
Officers closed both lanes of the highway between South McDowell Boulevard and Browns Lane until around 9:40 A.M.
 
They were taken to the trauma center at Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital for treatment.
