People Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 5

 
Oceanside, CA (December 11, 2020) – On Thursday, two people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 5.
 
The crash was reported to the authorities before 8:30 a.m. north of the Aliso Creek Rest Area.
 
Immediately, rescuers closed all northbound lanes around 9:10 a.m. to allow a medical helicopter to land on the highway.
 
They flew the male victim to a hospital, while they transported the woman by ground ambulance.
 
Authorities believe both of the injured victims were in their late 50s to early 60s.
 
Moreover, the authorities reopened the three left lanes by 9:27 a.m., and the far right lane at around 9:50 A.M.
 
Meanwhile, the authorities continue to investigate the circumstances leading up to the crash.
