Two Fatalities, One Injury After Cross-Median Crash in Northwestern Arizona

Seligman, AZ (September 21, 2020) – On Wednesday, September 16, 2 people died in a car collision on Interstate 40 in northwestern Arizona.

Authorities say that the westbound vehicle had tire failure and crossed the median line and collided with an eastbound vehicle.

Moreover, the Department of Public Safety says that both the driver and passenger of the vehicle going east are dead at the scene.

Furthermore, rescuers took the westbound driver to the nearest hospital for immediate treatment of his injuries.

Additionally, the names of the victims in the crash were not immediately available.
