James Harris Ingram Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Blackstone Street
Tulare, CA (May 05, 2022) – On Tuesday evening, James Ingram, 71 of Tulare, lost his life in a pedestrian accident on Blackstone Street.
Officers received the accident report at 9:10 p.m. and immediately responded to the scene.
When they arrived, officers located Ingram in the middle of the street suffering from major injuries. The authorities said he was struck by a vehicle.
The rescuers provided life-saving measures until the medical team arrived. Then, they took Ingram to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained on the scene and cooperated with investigators.
According to the authorities, drugs or alcohol were not a factor in the fatal collision. They are still investigating.
