25-Year-Old Tristen Horn Killed on Green Road Hit-and-Run Accident [Piñon Hills, CA]

Piñon Hills, CA (January 22, 2025) On Sunday evening, 25-year-old Tristen Horn was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Green Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the Green Road hit-and-run accident happened at about 6:14 p.m. south of Hollister Road.

Reports say that the hit-and-run collision in Piñon Hills tragically took the life of the 25-year-old dirt bike rider

Authorities say that Horn’s 2007 Yamaha YZ250F collided with an unidentified vehicle, the impact ejected Tristen, causing fatal injuries when he struck the roadway.

Officials say that the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene in an unknown direction, leaving the victim behind.

Investigators believe the suspect’s vehicle might be a 1983-2005 Ford and are urging the public to assist in identifying both the vehicle and its driver.

The Victorville CHP office is leading the investigation. Authorities have not determined whether alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash.
