MENDOCINO COUNTY, CA (December 1, 2020) – Last Monday, a crash on Highway 101 near Leggett injured one man, while Trinity Leigh Bray and 2-year-old Anthony Florentine-Perez left the crash scene.

California Highway Patrol Officer Rick Fowler said that a Toyota Sienna crashed into a tree. This incident happened on Highway 101 near mile marker 98.3 north of Leggett.

Reports revealed that a 44-year-old man from Sacramento sustained major injuries in the crash. The vehicle carried multiple people, including a five-year-old child, CHP said.

Due to the limited information available, the authorities continue to investigate the Highway 101 crash. Once additional details become available, the public will be duly notified.

CHP later said that the woman, with the toddler, walked away from the scene before authorities arrived. Witnesses saw Bray and Florentine-Perez walking north along Highway 101, seemingly uninjured from the accident.

Dealing with Similar Incidents

Accidents can leave you or your passengers severely injured, disfigured, and permanently disabled. Common events on the road can just as swiftly become safety hazards.

To avoid being involved in a car accident, a driver must aim high in steering. Don’t make your steering adjustments based on what is directly in front of you, but rather what is down the road. If the road is winding to the right, for example, look as far into the turn as possible. This will improve your safety and make your turns smoother.

Also, the most valuable step you can take in response to a crash is hiring a personal injury attorney. Personal injury attorneys prioritize your recovery. At the same time, securing your future from further losses a severe accident can bring.

“A common misconception is that personal injury lawyers don’t care. That is simply not true. Injury lawyers care about and want justice for their clients. Also, we are driven by the desire to make our clients whole again,” says Steve Baric of Sweet Lawyers.

If you or a loved one has recently been involved in a similar accident, you do not have to face the aftermath alone. Our attorneys will guide you through every step of the way. Also, we are here to assure that you receive the justice and compensation that you deserve. Call our offices today at (800) 674 7852 for a free consultation with a professional.
