Travis Tritt’s Bus Involved in Deadly Multi-Car Crash on Veterans Highway Near Myrtle Beach

 
HORRY COUNTY, SC (May 21, 2019) – A country music legend was involved in Saturday’s multi-vehicle accident that claimed two people’s lives on Veterans Highway near Myrtle Beach.
 
According to news reports, a tour bus shuttling Travis Tritt collided with a Jeep SUV traveling in the wrong direction.
 
The 3:30 a.m. crash happened when the Jeep driver struck a pickup truck head-on after sideswiping the bus in an attempt to avoid the imminent collision.
 
Two people inside the Jeep died in the accident and another person suffered minor injuries.
 
Officials have yet to release the victims’ identities.
 
Reports noted that Tritt had wrapped up a Friday night concert in North Myrtle Beach.
