Tragic Traffic Accident on Milpas Road Kills Apple Valley Man [Apple Valley, CA]

Apple Valley, CA (September 7, 2024) On Thursday evening, a 45-year-old Apple Valley man was killed in a horrific traffic accident on Milpas Road.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the fatal pedestrian crash happened near Clark Road at about 7:35 p.m.

Reports say that a northbound 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck, driven by a 32-year-old Victorville man, struck the Apple Valley man standing next to his parked 2022 Harley-Davidson motorcycle.

Officials say that the Dodge struck the man and his motorcycle. Medics rushed the victim to he hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Dodge stayed at the scene and was cooperating with investigators.

CHP is investigating the fatal crash and have not released additional information at this time.
