Cyclist Fatally Struck by Driver on Eastex Freeway Frontage Road
Houston, TX (April 28, 2025) – A bicyclist tragically lost their life early Sunday morning after a tragic traffic accident on Eastex Freeway.
According to authorities, the fatal incident happened around 2 a.m. on the frontage road of the Eastex Freeway near the Lauder exit.
Reports say that a driver struck a cyclist early Sunday morning, authorities pronounced the cyclist dead at the scene.
Officials say that the driver remained at the location and cooperated with authorities.
Authorities have not yet released the cyclist’s identity.
